Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the shop's calendar efficiently
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support barbers
Support barbers by managing payments and processing transactions accurately
Promote shop services and products to enhance customer experience and sales
Assist in creating a positive team environment through effective communication
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a salon or barbershop is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of appointment scheduling software and POS systems
Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service and community engagement
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and grow with the team
Preferred
Experience in team management or supervision is highly desirable
