Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR Director to manage intern hiring using CRM systems and SignalMate AI to track tone, response patterns, and next-step insights
Schedule, confirm, and optimize interview processes through tools like Microsoft Teams and AI-suggested workflows
Manage attendance and engagement records, using AI summarization and transcription tools to track intern participation
Maintain CRM systems and AI dashboards with candidate and employee information
Evaluate hiring needs, using SignalMate to uncover hidden patterns in applicant behavior and follow-up gaps
Present weekly reports, optionally supported by SignalMate-generated summaries or visuals
Build pipelines of qualified candidates and reach out to passive talent pools with personalized, AI-guided outreach
Organize onboarding processes for new hires, incorporating SignalMate onboarding scripts and follow-up templates
Attend client meetings and assist with talent acquisition strategies, optionally supported by AI-generated context briefs
Communicate professionally with interns, executives, and stakeholders, and use AI transcription to reflect and track conversations
Participate in cross-functional projects alongside Digital Marketing and IT to help build an AI-enhanced HR knowledge base
Document and reflect on your work using SignalMate journaling prompts, helping build metacognitive skills for leadership
Coordinate team-building and training sessions, using SignalMate to analyze feedback and engagement tone
Interns who excel may earn opportunities to assist the HR Director and Partner directly as a team lead

Required

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
Must have a stable computer/laptop, Wi-Fi, and working webcam
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and willingness to learn AI-based systems like SignalMate
Clear written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented and works well independently or in small, agile teams
Familiarity with HR systems, CRM tools, and willingness to learn AI-powered tools like SignalMate, Cyndx, and Infusionsoft

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Understanding of finance or business administration
Prior HR experience
Strong technical skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
LinkedIn or database management experience
