Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional, spa-like experience for every guest
Educate clients on proper after-care routines and suggest the best products to aid healing and retention
Perform thorough consultations and keep clear notes for future care
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked workspace
Support team members by keeping the common areas spotless and well-equipped — trash and restocking when needed
Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives to grow the business
Qualification
Required
Valid Tennessee Tattoo Artist License
A minimum of 1 year of permanent makeup experience
A portfolio featuring at least 20 high-caliber microblading, powder, lips, or eyeliner clients
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to create an inviting, spa-like experience for clients
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service abilities
Ability to work professionally and collaborate within a team
Initiative and willingness to learn — always eager to grow and improve
Organized, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
Ability to identify additional tasks and help wherever needed
