Manage the Guidance Computer team in a highly dynamic environment
Communicate effectively with upper management and customer

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
3 years of formal management experience to include performance reviews for direct reports
2 years of experience taking a system through a major design review and development
2 years of experience with program control (IMS, EVMS), budgeting, and staffing
Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret with SAP clearance

Preferred

Success taking a GN&C system through a major design review
Proposal Manager experience leading competitive proposals of $500M in value or greater
Experience training, leading, and directing activities of team members through execution of a formal proposal process
Knowledge and understanding of the U.S. Government's competitive acquisition process including federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR)
Familiarity in working multiple colors of money in parallel (Direct, NCTA, Capital)
