Property Management

Responsibilities

Identify and Target Clients: Leverage market research, networking, and lead generation efforts to identify potential clients and develop a robust pipeline
Client Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional customer service
Proposal Development: Create and present comprehensive project proposals, including design concepts, timelines, and cost estimates, tailored to each client’s vision and objectives
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new products to provide clients with innovative solutions
Client Support: Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to project completion
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in the CRM system to ensure streamlined operations

Required

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related industry
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of landscape design, construction processes, and materials
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Independence & Time Management: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits
Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules

Preferred

Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
