They are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) who will be responsible for recruiting technology professionals, preparing candidates for interviews, and managing consultant assignments.

Responsibilities
Develop techniques to recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals, which include several methods of contacting, such as phone/ mobile, email and social media outreach
Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions
Prepare candidates for interviews
Negotiate and present offers for employment
Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs
Manage workforce of Consultants throughout their assignments
Qualification
Required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Computer/Social Media skills required
Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused
Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s)
Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively
Must currently reside in the Pittsburgh, PA region and able to participate in a hybrid work schedule
Preferred
Previous Sales/ Business Development experience highly preferred
