New Grad, Entry LevelInsight Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a Unit Supply Technician to maintain supply locations throughout the hospital, including the central warehouse. The role involves daily replenishment activities, equipment readiness, and the fulfillment of special supply requests while adhering to confidentiality and quality service standards.

Responsibilities
Performs the duties required to support and maintain the Demand Flow replenishment program as described in the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Fulfills other supply orders (on and offsite) that are not on the Demand Flow replenishment program per the delivery schedule maintained by the SCM Supervisor
Maintains order accuracy and timely reconciliation of any interruption to the supply chain
Accurately fulfills direct supply orders as requested by the clinical departments in a timely fashion
Accurately fulfills various medical supply replenishment carts (eg: Isolations, Crash Carts, Exchange, etc) at the direction of the SCM Supervisor
Ensures supplies returned to stock are appropriately transacted
Retrieves used/soiled equipment from designated holding areas throughout the hospital per the schedule provided by the SPD Supervisor
Prepares equipment for redistribution per the department SOP
Reports all damaged and unsafe equipment to the SPD Supervisor
Accounts for the processing of all charge tickets and patient charge items
Participates in various committees as requested by the SPD Supervisor
Adheres to all departmental policies and procedures in the performance of duties
Treats all information received and processed confidential
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Previous experience in a hospital environment required
Good verbal and written communication skills required
Proficient with MS Office and general ERP (PMM preferred) applications
Must possess initiative and be team oriented required
Actively supports the hospital and department's customer service and CQI goals
