Responsibilities

Use SignalMate AI to summarize meetings, track technical action items, and optimize accountability loops

Provide backend support for virtual conferences, automating coordination and real-time diagnostics

Collaborate across departments, applying AI-assisted insights to resolve bottlenecks and enhance infrastructure

Audit and upgrade corporate systems, using AI to spot optimization and automation opportunities

Research and prototype new applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SignalMate integration

Strengthen cybersecurity protocols through AI-supported monitoring and response analysis

Manage Microsoft 365, Infusionsoft, and web infrastructure with intelligent system tracking

Present progress via AI-generated summaries and performance dashboards
