Draft and review corporate documents (contracts, NDAs, policies) with SignalMate assistance for tone and precision
Conduct research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues, using AI for contextual summaries
Support compliance initiatives through AI-guided mapping and workflow documentation
Assist in due diligence with automated data extraction and insight synthesis
Attend meetings, transcribe notes via SignalMate, and generate actionable follow-up reports
Draft motions and filings, including discovery requests and procedural motions
Help maintain digital legal databases and records through structured AI workflows
Participate in reflective journaling to build cognitive and ethical reasoning skills
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in accredited law school with strong academic performance
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
