They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Representative / Data Entry & Parts Coordinator to accurately input service data, assist with customer check-ins, and manage parts inventory.

Responsibilities
Accurately input service and repair order data into our dealership system
Assist with customer check-ins and provide service updates
Order parts for service jobs and ensure timely delivery
Stock, label, and organize parts inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and re-order as needed
Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability
Handle general administrative support for the service department
Qualification
Required
Strong typing and data entry skills
Good organization and time-management skills
Friendly and professional customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Preferred
Experience with auto parts ordering or service department operations
