Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business/action plan
Through business development, sales, and client relationships, expand the Southeast and national US client base across multiple industry sectors
Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients
Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business, including consulting and compliance services
Serve as a senior resource for occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene program marketing, project implementation, and related activities
Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth
Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 30 to 50% travel
Qualification
Required
Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS, with 15+ years of consulting experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or an EHS-related field
Is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (required)
Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships
Has at least five (5) years of successful business development and sales experience in a professional services environment
Has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategies
Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and drive sales
Open to travel (30-50%)
Preferred
Has established relationships in the oil and gas, chemical, and/or manufacturing industry sectors
