Senior Level, Lead/StaffHCLTech is seeking a Guidewire Lead Consultant to provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud. The role involves defining architectural designs, engaging in hands-on development, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful integration and deployment of Guidewire applications.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of guidewire policy center and claim center solutions
Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop guidewire software configurations
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration and deployment of guidewire applications
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the software development lifecycle
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of guidewire systems to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in guidewire software solutions
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in PolicyCenter implementation, configuration, and customization
Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud
Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
Engage in hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications on Cloud
Design and implement integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other systems
Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions
Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development
Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance
Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively
Strong expertise in guidewire policy center and guidewire claim center configuration and customization
Proficiency in guidewire data model, rules, and integration technologies
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within guidewire platform
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams
