Responsibilities
Be responsible for growing and managing a book of group retirement plan clients
Consult with clients along with supporting team members to design, implement, and manage retirement plan solutions tailored to their needs
Deliver expert guidance on 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified and potentially non-qualified plan options
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Provide ongoing education and support with team members to plan sponsors and participants
Qualification
Required
Applicants must live in or very near the Twin Cities to be considered
Experienced in retirement plan consulting with a track record of business development success
Knowledgeable about ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for group retirement plans
A strong communicator and natural relationship builder
Passionate about delivering outstanding service and results
