SENIOR CYBER SECURITY RESILIENCE CONSULTANT (D/F/M)
Airbus Protect GmbH is a leader in cybersecurity consulting, seeking a Senior Cyber Security Resilience Consultant. The role involves implementing resilience programs, managing crisis strategies, and leading consulting projects while training and advising clients on business continuity and crisis management.

Responsibilities
Implementation of enterprise-wide resilience programs, crisis management strategy, business continuity and definition of governance for medium to big cyber security consulting projects
Organization of crisis management, crisis plan and associated documentation and delivery of crisis and business continuity exercises (Reality Check, Serious Game, Simulation) for medium to big cyber security consulting projects
Evaluation and audit of crisis management and business continuity
Plan and lead cyber security consulting projects and significantly participate to consulting projects of medium to big size
Apply consulting methods independently while documenting and presenting results internally and externally
Training and coaching in crisis management and business continuity
Improvement of existing processes and toolings
Regular advice to customers for possible further support (cross-/up-selling) and Bid preparation for small to medium sized projects or significant support for big sized projects
Involvement of technical experts to guarantee successful delivery and training of (junior) consultants
Preparation of required documentation and presentation of work results
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and skills generally acquired through a relevant, completed degree programme with a standard duration of up to 4 years in the field of engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or comparable degree programmes and a related extended subject-specific additional qualification
Extensive knowledge and experience in the above listed tasks within the cyber security scope
Deep understanding of resilience frameworks (ISO 22301, ISO 22361, ISO 31000, ISO 27031, NIST SP 800-34)
Strong experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment methodologies
Extensive expertise in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans
Extensive experience with Emergency Response and Crisis Communication procedures and with resilience management tools and crisis platforms
Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery principles and coordination with IT teams
Experience leading crisis exercises, simulations and corresponding teams, strategic vision for resilience program development
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders during incidents and strong facilitation skills for BIA workshops
Cultural sensitivity for working with international teams
German and English: negotiation level mandatory (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel on business at home and abroad
