Sales Development Representative for Media Agency (EU Based/Remote)
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that connects remote work with top-tier talent. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and support the sales team in expanding the agency's reach through effective marketing solutions.

Responsibilities
Build and curate lead lists using Lusha and other prospecting tools
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting US-based prospects
Write, test, and optimize outreach messaging that reflects our tone and mission
Send personalized InMails using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Follow up on responses, manage conversations, and book discovery calls via Calendly
Maintain and update CRM and outreach tools regularly
Continuously improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify potential campaign strategies that resonate with prospects
Qualification
Required
Experience in lead generation and sales development
Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as Lusha
Strong communication skills for multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Ability to write, test, and optimize outreach messaging
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
Ability to manage conversations and book discovery calls
Strong collaboration skills to work with the marketing team
