Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities
Support marketing efforts, including events and content promotion
Qualification
Required
Passionate about closing deals and building relationships in the executive recruitment space
Experience in sales or business development
Ability to prospect and qualify leads for executive search and recruitment services
Strong communication skills for conducting sales calls, presentations, and demos
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs
Experience collaborating with teams to tailor proposals and close deals
