Responsibilities

We make sound planning decisions and support those decisions with analysis and insights backed up with data
As a team, we complete root cause analyses and develop mitigation plans for any unexpected demand changes
You will work with cross-functional team members in Engineering, Procurement, Channels, Readiness, Capacity Planning, and Supply Planning to execute the most cost-effective supply chain solutions for Customer Care & Repairs
You will play a leadership role in the standardization of deliverables; ensuring adherence to commitments

Qualification

Demand forecastingData analysisTableauSQLPythonDatabase technologiesProject managementCreative problem solvingCommunication skills

Required

Experience in forecasting or planning
Adept at merging data from a variety of sources to generate conclusions through analysis
Expertise in creating reports and analytics dashboards in Tableau
BS degree, 5 years in a service, manufacturing, logistics operation or equivalent

Preferred

Good programming skills in SQL and Python or R
Experience with database technologies like Teradata, Oracle and MySQL
MS/MBA in Supply Chain or Operations is a plus
