Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruise vacations
Provide expert recommendations on destinations, cruise lines, ships, and excursions
Customize itineraries to match client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
Manage bookings, payments, and travel documents with accuracy
Stay up to date on cruise industry news, promotions, and offerings
Deliver exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel
Qualification
Required
Passion for travel and strong knowledge of cruise vacations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Preferred
