Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives and market dynamics

Drive financial performance analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation

Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources and support business expansion

Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements

Conduct risk assessment and implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks

Support investor relations activities, including financial reporting, investor communications, and capital market transactions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the food supplement or related industry

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels

Deep understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and accounting practices

Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications
