Responsibilities

Evaluate and streamline processes across practice areas to support functions that increase productivity and efficiency

Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across departments

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans

Prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership meetings

Support the firm’s planning processes, including goal setting, performance tracking and progress reporting

Required
