Recruiting

Responsibilities

Install and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools on client websites
Set up conversion events for lead gen and ecommerce sites (e.g., form fills, checkouts, add-to-cart)
Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure clean data flow across platforms
Work across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and other platforms to insert tracking codes and configure plugins
Ensure minimal disruption to site layout or performance while implementing tracking
Assist in setting up and syncing product catalogs to Meta Commerce, Google Merchant Center, and other ad platforms
Support ecommerce ad readiness by linking catalogs and confirming purchase events are firing properly
Coordinate with ad teams to verify data accuracy and platform compatibility

Required

2+ years of experience with web design, tracking implementation, or digital marketing ops
Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel setup
Comfortable working across multiple CMS platforms and ecommerce tools
Familiar with conversion tracking, event configuration, and attribution setup
Meticulous with details and documentation
Self-directed, communicative, and proactive in troubleshooting

Preferred

Experience syncing product catalogs and integrating commerce platforms with ad tools
Examples or screenshots of tracking setups or pixel implementation you've handled
