Responsibilities
Regularly fluff and arrange soft furnishings such as pillows, cushions, and throws to maintain a cozy and inviting atmosphere
Keep designated areas lively and enjoyable by ensuring music is always on and at the proper volume
Safely light candles to enhance the environment and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for high-priority tours
Promptly identify and report any broken or missing items, and efficiently order replacements to uphold the integrity of the space
Complete beginning- and end-of-week checklists to assess and address maintenance or décor needs, ensuring the property remains pristine
Capture high-quality photos and videos highlighting interior design features, amenity spaces, and curated environments across the property
Observe and assess the atmosphere, energy, and activity level in each space, noting trends or patterns
