Technical Account Executive
5Candidates.ai is hiring for ARMO, a company focused on building an end-to-end Kubernetes Security platform. The Technical Account Executive will engage in pre-sales engineering, conducting technical demos and guiding customers through the installation of the ARMO platform while collaborating with various teams to drive go-to-market success.

Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and sales meetings
Design and deliver tailored demos that clearly demonstrate ARMO’s value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Own the technical POC process, including setup, support, and success criteria
Guide customers through installation and configuration of the ARMO platform
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the pre-sales cycle
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams
Share customer feedback to inform product roadmap and feature development
Occasionally represent ARMO at key industry events and conferences
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Technical Account Executive in DevOps, Security, or Cloud-native environments
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer workflows
Experience supporting technical sales with enterprise-level customers
Comfortable leading demos and POCs independently
Able to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
Fluent in English with excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
Startup mindset: autonomous, proactive, flexible, and results-driven
Based in the US (East Coast preferred) or Israel (with availability for US hours)
