Campus Apartments is dedicated to providing superb housing for college students across the country, and they are seeking a Groundskeeper to join their team. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including tasks such as landscape maintenance, trash collection, and assisting with pool and light maintenance.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
Trim, edge and mulch as directed
Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

Required

High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions efficiently
