MangoDesk is a startup in the B2B sector looking for a Growth Intern to assist in building a pipeline through effective cold outreach. The intern will be responsible for creating targeted prospect lists, crafting personalized outreach messages, and tracking key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Build targeted prospect lists (ICP + roles) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enrichment tools
Write and A/B test punchy cold emails + LinkedIn messages; personalize at scale
Run multi-step sequences in outreach/CRM tools; keep inboxes healthy (verification, warm-up, SPF/DKIM)
Track and improve key metrics (open/reply rates, meetings booked, SQLs)
Research accounts, craft hooks, and iterate fast with the founders

Grit, speed, and ownership—you love the game
