Responsibilities
Educate and advise existing clients about potential gaps or lapses in their coverage and recommend solutions that protect them fully
Review policies with clients during renewals or life changes to ensure they’re properly covered
Deliver excellent service—handle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and provide quick, friendly solutions
Be a brand ambassador in the Winter Park community, representing our agency in a positive, professional way
Qualification
Required
Obtain/Maintain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License
Comfortable using technology—CRM systems, quoting software, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish
Previous insurance agency or customer service experience
Local knowledge of Winter Park/Orlando and an interest in community networking
