Responsibilities
Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans
Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic
Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy
Qualification
Required
Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required)
Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments
Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
