The ideal candidate should be a CPA with extensive experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting.

Responsibilities
Work closely with firm leadership and play a key role in business development and team development
Serve a variety of clients in multiple industries from private equity-backed clients and large businesses to high-net-worth individual clients
Provide tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, family succession consulting, and more
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA with 7+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience, or a combination of both
Technical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in multiple industries
Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop a team
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or related field
