RETTEW is seeking a Civil Engineer III to join their Land Development team. In this role, you’ll lead technical design efforts and support project delivery across diverse and complex land development projects while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design and analysis for site development, stormwater, grading, utilities, and erosion/sedimentation control

Oversee preparation of engineering reports, construction documents, and permit applications

Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff

Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and environmental staff to deliver integrated solutions

Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing RETTEW’s capabilities and expertise

Support quality assurance/quality control for deliverables
