Responsibilities
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts
Help prepare financial statements
Download and reconcile deposits, credit card transactions, and bank statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with inventory control and related reconciliations
Prepare and file monthly sales & use tax reports
Process ADP semi-weekly payroll
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (distribution or manufacturing a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with sales/use tax reporting
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork
Preferred
NetSuite experience
