Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial property & casualty (P&C) policies, from inception through renewal
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including auditing and documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, prospects, carrier underwriters, finance companies, and internal teams
Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of P&C coverages, carriers, and the insurance marketplace within a brokerage setting
Proven experience in marketing and maintaining strong carrier relationships
Proficiency with Agency Management Systems, particularly Applied Epic
3–5 years of experience in P&C account management required
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Collaborative team player willing to support departmental needs
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior experience managing healthcare-related accounts is a plus
