Chord Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's Windows Server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Oversee the virtualization environment using VMware, ensuring efficient resource allocation, performance optimization, and timely issue resolution

Design, implement, and support network infrastructure using Cisco devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points

Administer and maintain firewall systems to ensure network security and implement necessary access controls

Perform regular security audits and assist with quarterly SOX testing

Monitor and troubleshoot network and server performance issues, taking proactive measures to ensure maximum uptime and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support various IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices

Provide technical support and guidance to junior IT staff, assisting in complex problem resolution and fostering knowledge sharing

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Windows Server, VMware, Cisco, and firewall technologies

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures
