Experience advising clients on business formation, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions

Advising emerging companies and startups through all stages of growth and financing

Work closely with venture capital firms on investments and portfolio company matters

Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions

Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates

Juris Doctor

Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions
