Responsibilities

Assist in the design and installation of modified flight control systems, throughout the development of a remotely operated autoflight system
Ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending on the vehicle
Verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements
Engage with many teams throughout the organization and have a firm understanding of the vehicle’s capabilities
Act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director during flight test campaigns

Required

Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline
7+ years of integration and test experience in a professional environment
Demonstrated ability to work with hardware
Experience leading test campaigns on the ground or in flight
Demonstrated ability to lead safety critical tests and operations

Preferred

Experience assembling components in a production environment
Experience assembling prototype hardware
Experience manufacturing mechanical and electrical (harnessing) sub-assemblies
Experience with computer science languages (Python or similar)
