The Agency Owner will be responsible for building their own business, providing services to clients, and managing their operations with the support of the company.

Become a trusted advisor in your community, inspiring the dreams of your clients by helping them protect what matters most
Work your own hours and control all aspects of the business with guidance from the company
Participate in a New Agent Development program designed to provide the freedom to earn while you learn and develop into your career
Qualification
Required
Must be a resident of Michigan
Leadership, Management, and Sales skills
Financial and Analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and the community
Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant regulations
Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets
You will need to earn a professional insurance license in Life and Health insurance
You will need to earn a professional insurance license in Property & Casualty insurance
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
