Digital Marketing Specialist
BruntWork is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for crafting impactful campaigns in the IT and technology services space. In this remote role, you will execute data-driven SEM, SEO, and paid advertising strategies, manage Google AdWords and LinkedIn campaigns, and create compelling website content to drive qualified leads and boost brand visibility.

Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies developed by external marketing consultants
Manage and optimize SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns across multiple platforms
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
Create and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive qualified leads
Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting business decision-makers
Write compelling website content and marketing materials
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI objectives are met
Collaborate with junior BDM to ensure smooth lead hand-off and conversion processes
Manage marketing spend and budget allocation across various digital channels
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically SEM, SEO, and paid advertising
Strong background working with IT companies or technology service providers
Demonstrated expertise in Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising platforms
Knowledge of the Australian market, particularly Brisbane and Sydney business landscape
Excellent English writing skills for content creation
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Ability to deliver measurable results within 3-6 month timeframes
Preferred
Senior to mid-level experience preferred (not entry-level)
