Lead the Omaha architecture studio and ensure strategic vision and profitability of the office

Work closely with other Managing Principals to implement sound business practices and provide high-quality service to clients

Develop relationships with target clients and pursue new projects in the region

Oversee and direct activities of personnel within the office, including implementing annual plans, marketing strategies, and financial management

Establish local office policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and quality control processes

Lead and manage teams on larger projects as required
