Responsibilities
Represent a well-known company at a popular event with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist with various tasks, including greeting guests, helping with registration, helping guests locate various conference rooms, hospitality services, badge scanning, line control, and line management
Maintain line control and enhance the guest experience by providing assistance and troubleshooting support as needed
Engage and interact with guests in a friendly manner, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work collaboratively with team members, take direction from clients to ensure seamless execution of onsite activation elements
Support clients with light setup and teardown activities, ensuring that all event elements are executed according to specifications
Staff will be considered as Greeters, Registration, Registration Support, Directional, Ushers, Media Check In, Badge Scanning, VIP Hosts, along with main event and reception assistants
Qualification
Required
Must be local and available for all listed dates and times
Must be a US citizen or have a valid work visa to be hired in the USA
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be capable and willing to stand for the full duration of their shift
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be high-energy, engaging, enthusiastic, and dependable
Must be tech-savvy
Must be able to work collaboratively with team members
Must be able to take direction from clients
Must be able to assist with light setup and teardown activities
