They are seeking a high-performance Enterprise Sales Director to lead strategic sales and partnership efforts across the hospitality ecosystem, focusing on building relationships with influential restaurant operators to deploy AI-powered and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Selling & Relationship Management
Build and manage enterprise-level relationships with top beverage suppliers and operators
Identify key decision-makers and activate high-influence accounts (e.g., national chains)
Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across EMERGING’s portfolio companies
Solution-Oriented Sales Execution
Sell and bundle offerings from FB Insights (data analytics), TAIV (in-venue media), and 1Huddle (training engagement)
Deliver consultative sales approach to showcase the business impact of AI-driven insights, LTV analysis, and category performance
Develop go-to-market strategies with internal product and marketing teams
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
Stay current on trends in the hospitality tech landscape
Provide feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and investment strategy
Represent EMERGING and portfolio brands at industry events, conferences, and key meetings

Required

7–15+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably with operator-focused technology solutions
Experience selling into high-influence accounts or managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Strong network within hospitality or chain operator space
Familiarity with data analytics, AI platforms, SaaS sales, or hospitality technology
Track record of exceeding sales goals and scaling strategic partnerships
Self-starter, high EQ, and motivated to build from 0 to 1 in a dynamic, venture-backed environment
