Responsibilities

Execute high-level creative work across digital design, branded content, and video

Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints

Create compelling, high-quality design work across platforms

Manage the design team and stakeholders to ensure visual output meets studio standards and objectives

Stay ahead of industry trends to inform and elevate design work

Inspire the team to deliver more award-winning campaigns and content

Identify opportunities to tell diverse stories from diverse perspectives

Required

10+ years of experience in design leadership in branded content at a publisher content studio, brand, or agency

Expertise in digital storytelling in a variety of mediums, including digital, social, print, video

Exceptional design thinking, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills

Deep knowledge of industry-leading branded content campaigns and the ability to translate strategy and concepts into outstanding design work

Proven track record of creating create award-winning work

Extensive knowledge of video and design deliverables in the media, publishing, and advertising landscape

Demonstrated ability to design visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes

Ability to work collaboratively, quickly, accurately, and with energy in a fast-paced environment, driving creative projects across all stages from pre- to post-sale

Ability to independently hit multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
