(Hybrid) In-Home Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA franchise dedicated to quality in Applied Behavior Analysis. They are seeking a clinically experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide in-home ABA therapy, train and supervise a team of interns and RBTs, and ensure the highest quality of service for clients with ASD.

Franchise

Responsibilities

Serve clients receiving in-home ABA (travel between clients required, however all clients reside within the Spring, Spring-Cypress, and Humble area)
Work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (some evenings may be necessary)
25-hour billable requirement
Perform assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc
Create individualized, research-based client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise interns and RBTs in-home
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
Insurance correspondence. (pre-auth requests)
Safety management
Cleaning duties
Maintain the in-home departments reputation for an organized, team environment
Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers

Required

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Organized and clinically experienced
Good communication skills
Ability to work both remotely and in-person
Ability to serve clients receiving in-home ABA therapy
Attention to detail
Ability to adhere to pre-authorized service schedule
Ability to properly document services provided
Ability to train and supervise BCaBA's and registered behavior technicians
Ability to perform assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
Ability to create individualized, research-based client programs
Ability to analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Ability to conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Ability to manage insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with all staff members, clients, and caregivers

Preferred

Experience in a hybrid work environment
Experience with community outings and high parent involvement
Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization
