Responsibilities

Support daily business operations and collaborate to enhance TPS quality and efficiency
Analyze performance, engagement, and operational metrics to measure TPS impact and identify improvement opportunities
Maintain and enhance internal tools, while scaling programs related to adoption and excellence
Develop storytelling and presentation skills through regular interaction with leadership and cross-functional teams
Build business acumen and analytical capabilities while gaining exposure to Adobe’s software business and networking across the organization

Required

Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Master's program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
Available to participate in a full-time internship from May to September 2026
Keen interest in analytics, operations, technology, or business strategy, demonstrated through coursework, activities, or experience
Strong data and analysis skillset – demonstrated comfortability in excel and ability to run ad hoc data analysis
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: research, hypothesis development, and synthesizing recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
Strong project management skillset
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and through writing and visual presentations
Ability to assume leadership roles while working collaboratively within a team
Curiosity and resourcefulness, with a drive to absorb new concepts and explore unfamiliar topics in depth
Enthusiasm for challenges and learning about the Cloud Software industry
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
