Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day tax engagements for a portfolio of capital markets clients, with a focus on investment funds, private equity, private credit, broker-dealers, and other asset management

Oversee preparation and review of complex partnership returns, tax allocations, and compliance processes

Identify tax planning opportunities and support delivery of consulting projects involving financial instruments and transactions

Serve as a main point of contact for client communications, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly

Supervise, coach, and review work of Senior Associates and Associates, contributing to their technical development

Assist in practice development through process improvements, operational efficiencies, and support of business development initiatives
