Supervise Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of front office staff, tech assistants, and various imaging modalities

Team Leadership and Development: Act as a role model, delegating responsibilities, training new employees, and conducting thorough performance evaluations

Staffing and Workflow: Maintain optimal staffing levels and streamline workflow to improve performance and meet departmental goals

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all imaging services adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements set by The Joint Commission, CMS, and the California Department of Public Health

Administrative Duties: Participate in interviews, disciplinary actions, and make key decisions in the absence of the Imaging Services Manager

Patient and Staff Relations: Foster a professional, supportive environment for physicians, staff, and patients, upholding the hospital's mission and philosophy
