Oatey Company is a privately held global corporation that manufactures and distributes products for plumbing professionals and consumers. They are seeking a Global Sourcing Intern to support sourcing personnel with administrative tasks, collect and analyze spend data, and recommend process improvements.

Building Material

Responsibilities

Support administrative tasks including, but not limited to, New Item Set-up Sheets, Quality Feedback management, Trade Agreements updates, Purchase requisition support and Purchase Order creation

Collect and analyze spend data that will be used to help Sourcing improve reporting

Organize data for Direct and Indirect RFQ projects

Review Direct and Indirect Sourcing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field

Strong analytical skills

High competency level with the Microsoft Office suite of products
