Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential safety or performance concerns
Execute complex repairs and component replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates
Maintain meticulous records of work performed and adhere to dealership policies and procedures
Stay abreast of Mercedes-Benz technical bulletins and training to remain proficient in the latest automotive technology
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, specializing in Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools specific to Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
Mercedes-Benz certification or equivalent technical training is highly desirable
