Responsibilities
Manage a full docket of personal injury cases – case signup through trial
Handle depositions, mediations, motions, and court appearances
Lead a dedicated 4-person legal support team (pre-litigation paralegal, secretary, case paralegal and bill gatherer)
Strategize for trial and negotiate strong settlements
Deliver excellent legal counsel with empathy and expertise
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and license to practice in Michigan
Personal injury litigation experience
Proven courtroom and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of PI law, liability, and damages
Passion for advocacy and a results-driven mindset
