Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, using proactive, consistent communication that inspires clients to make Bentley their partner of choice
Leverage product knowledge and a strong understanding of consumer trends to help clients identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Guide brand partners in developing products that take full advantage of Bentley’s capabilities, ensuring their launches stay competitive and ahead of market trends
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop technical marketing and trend presentations for clients, attending tradeshows and customer/industry events
Create, manage, and convert customer product development projects and briefs for new launches which is a key element to fuel sales growth
Actively work with customers and internal personnel in a professional and positive manner to resolve issues and advance the reputation of Bentley as a highly responsive, customer-focused, technology and service solution provider
Work with the Sales Director and Business Development Manager to convert new prospective customer opportunities into tangible new projects and future sales

Required

BS/BA (technology area preferred i.e. engineering, chemistry, biology)
Proven success in companies with both product development & manufacturing
2-5 years of field sales experience
Track record of delivering sustained sales growth

Cross functional team collaboration
Strength in these competencies: Bias for action
Project management
Results driven
Creative problem solving
Excel skills for sales data analysis
