Responsibilities

Collaborate as part of a national trial team defending major corporations in high-risk litigation across state and federal courts

Gain hands-on experience working with a diverse range of corporate clients across industries such as franchise, chemical, ridesharing, social media, software, medical devices, manufacturing, private equity, construction, real estate, technology, and cybersecurity

Work closely with clients to develop targeted defense strategies that align with their business goals while effectively managing litigation risks

Handle assignments with minimal supervision

Required

Minimum of at least three years' experience in civil litigation

Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas
