Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment for clients of all ages
Initiate and manage treatment for acute and chronic psychiatric and medical conditions
Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and other care team members to optimize outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
Active and unrestricted license to practice in New York
Board Certification in Psychiatry
Completion of an approved Psychiatry Residency Training Program
Active DEA License
Commitment to client-centered care and evidence-based treatment
Preferred
Optional Supervision Opportunities: Oversee physician assistants and NPs, if desired
